Nice hotel in a central location
The bed was comfortable, the area is quite silent at night. Staff very helpful, their English is good enough. Rooms with window are very very nice. Rooms without window are good enough (if you don't mind staying in the basement). Good wifi, air conditioning, etc. I stayed 5 nights and I had to cancel my last night for work reasons, and they refunded the cost without problem.
Everything went well, nothing to complain about. The view from the window is not amazing. The MRT is not far away, but if you have a lot of luggage it is better to take a taxi.

Excellent staff, particularly the super friendly reception. Nice rooms, clean, and excellent location. Not far from the metro, but also walkable to many places in the city. 7/11 outside of the door and food vendors about 150 metres from the hotel. Free laundry (washing machine).
